KEEPING AILMENTS AT BAY

God Bless You Dear Readers,

It is important that we talk about ailments from time to time, for
easy identification, and also for prevention.

No one prays for ailment, but the fact is that no one is free from
ailments either, not even babies.

We experience ailments, in some cases, as a result of very poor life
style, e.g. smoking of cigarettes, indian hemp, taking cocaine;
excessive drinking; unhealthy sex life; in some others, ailments are
hereditary such as high blood pressure, sickle cell anemia, enlarged
prostate, diabetes, breast cancer, coronary heart disease, obesity,
achondroplasia (dwarfism), etc.; and again in some others as a
result of poor feeding, etc. Even those who feel they are feeding
well are not getting the right nourishment.

There is an adage, "Prevention is better than cure." This is true
regarding the taking of Tianshi Supplements and Tahitian Noni Dietary
Supplements. Even if you feel you are totally healthy, you may be
healthy one moment, and not healthy the next. However once you are
healthy try to stay healthy. And in other to stay healthy all the
time, ensure you form a good health maintenance and nutrition, and
disease prevention culture.

Now the question comes, how do you achieve good health?
"Most of us take our health for granted until something dire happens
that forces us to wake up and take note. And all too often it's too
late once those problems arise. We fail to recognize that the health
of our bodies is in direct relationship to the care that we give them.
This includes the rest that we get, the water we drink, the air we
breathe, and especially the foods we eat.

Unfortunately, our diets aren't what they used to be. Our air and
water have become more polluted and our soils have been depleted,
leaving them, in many cases, incapable of producing the levels of
nutrients in plants, fruits and vegetables that they once did. Our
foods are also more and more processed, thereby eliminating naturally
occurring antioxidant, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

Even if we carefully watch our diets and eat a wide variety of foods,
we still might not get the necessary nutrients to maintain optimal
health. It's just more and more difficult to do so.

One solution to this dilemma is to supplement an already healthy
lifestyle with Tahitian Noni Juice. Packed with antioxidant,
vitamins, minerals and fibre - and others of the 150 nutraceuticals I
mentioned - it's the foundation of a health maintenance program unlike
any other." - Dr. Neil Solomon. M.D. Ph.D.
This exerp also goes for the Tianshi Supplements.

In other words, Blessed Readers, please realize that when you take
Tianshi Supplements, and Tahitian Noni Juice, you are taking
preventive measures against ailments. It is wrong for one to wait
until one is ill or at the point of death before taking these
Supplements, because it may be too late then.

There is another adage, "Make hay while the sun shines.". That is do
not leave what you can achieve today for tomorrow. If you can take
Supplements to keep ailments at bay now, why delay taking the
Supplements until sickness knocks you down before you go looking for
Supplements?

Therefore, please protect yourself against ailments, live a healthy
and comfortable life, even in your old age. That is the essence of
taking these Supplements. It is in your best interest.
