HEALTH TIPS FOR FAMILIES

1. Daily have a healthy breakfast to give you energy to carry out
your daily tasks.

2. Your children should have breakfast daily to enable them
concentrate in class and carry out their school work intelligently.
A child who goes to school without breakfast is bound to, as a
result of hunger, loose concentration in class, become sluggish, and
put up very poor performance. In addition, such a child will be
forced to form a very bad habit of begging others for food and snacks.
Of course the trend now is for lunch and snacks to be packaged since
children wait behind after school for lesson. This is good for the
children.

3. Eat healthy meals, show good example, as children imitate their parents.

4. Your meals, on a daily basis, should as much as possible be
balanced, and include vegetables and fruits.

5. Eat only when hungry and avoid stuffing yourself with food.

6. The entire family should, as much as possible, eat together,
concentrate on your meals, and stop watching Tv or making Phone Calls
while eating.

7. Drink enough water and fluid daily. Families that take a bottle
of mineral at every meal, please STOP IT. You are exposing yourselves

sugar. You are exposing yourselves to diabetes, obesity, heart

certain foods, for health reason. She lost the will to live, and

died. Parents, please always give to your children what you know is
best for them because that is why you are their parents.
