God Bless You Dear Readers. Why do we practice hygiene? To preserve
our health, and prevent the spread of disease. Health tips to note -
1. Keep your homes and surroundings always clean. 2. Keep your clothes
clean. 3. Take your bath with soap and water morning and evening.
Ensure your finger nails are clean. 4. Brush your teeth morning and
evening, and change your tooth brush from time to time. 5. Wash your
hands with soap and water before preparing your meals.
Clean and disinfect food preparation areas. 6. Try to keep rats,
cockroaches, mosquitoes, and flies away from your homes, because rats
spread the lasser fever virus, and the others various diseases.
Protect your foods always. Cover them, put foods in your fridge,etc.
7. If you must soak garri, refry a reasonable quantity to kill any
virus, and properly store away for drinking. 8. Wash your vegetables
and fruits with salt water before eating. 9. Wash your tinned foods
