2. Do not share a drinking glass, spoon, or whatever you put in your mouth with anyone as germs can spread easily through this action, especially when they have contagious diseases, e.g. flu, cold.
3. If you feel sick for one to two days no relief, please go visit your doctor and do not allow the ailment escalate.
4. For those who have busy schedules in the office, please find time for relaxation from time-to- time. It is only one who is alive that can work. Take it easy.
5. Go on holiday with your family and relax from time-to-time. You need it and it will keep you refreshed.
6. Please drivers, do not drive after drinking. Pack your vehicle and take a cab home.
7. Stress can lead to depression. So please whenever you feel stressed out, take a break and relax.
8. Spend time with friends as you can do a lot of things together to cheer you up.
9. Take a short nap when necessary as it will do a lot of good for your energy levels.
10. When you create a routine activity that will help you fall asleep at bed time, you will quickly adjust after a period, and you sleep when you should.
