HEALTH TIPS

We shall take some health tips. You will discover that from time to
time, health tips, such as abstention from smoking and excessive
drinking of alcohol, are mentioned, for emphasis, in view of the
health hazards.

1. Daily exercise for at least 30 minutes; brisk walk like walking
around a large sitting room or compound, any kind of bodily movement,
will greatly improve your health.

2. Sleep 6 to 8 hours daily, to help your body replenish itself and
give your body time to rebuild its cells. Adequate sleep is essential
for your overall health.

3. Eat a balanced diet. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. But
