I wish to once more talk about the need for you to try to maintain a healthy and normal weight. Forgive the repetition, but this is a very important issue. This is because when you are overweight or obese, you are at an increased risk of developing many serious health conditions and diseases such as hypertension; stroke; diabetes; coronary heart disease; gallbladder disease; arthritis; some cancers; mental disorders; depression; body pains coupled with problems with being functional physically, complications during pregnancy, etc. In fact overweight and obesity are partly responsible for most ailments in the body.
The need therefore for those who are overweight and obese to try to maintain a normal weight cannot be overemphasized. It is in their own interest.
The Antilipemic Tea is one of the supplements for preventing overweight and obesity, as it burns fat naturally. It can help you burn up to 70 calories in just one day. If you are on a healthy diet, exercise regularly (not necessarily doing 100 metres race), and drink Antilipemic Tea combined with the Slimming Tea, it is unlikely you will be overweight or obese.
Therefore, there is need for you to make the right food choices, eat fewer calories, and become more active physically.
Eat moderately carbohydrate meals like rice, garri, pounded yam, etc. Do not go for pounded yam or a mighty bowl of rice, with plenty of fatty meat, toping your meals with a bottle of soft drink or cold beer, morning, afternoon, and evening, and expect not to be overweight or obese. This is no exaggeration because some people overfeed when they love certain meals. And when they become overweight or obese, they say it is evidence of good living. Certainly the reverse is the case. Do not throw caution to the wind when you eat, please, in your own interest.
Eat fat-free and low-fat dairy products e.g. low-fat yogurt, milk, and cheese. Eat plenty of protein meals such as beans, peas, lean meat, fish, poultry without skin, etc. Protein foods make you fuller and for a longer period, and prevent you from overeating. Eat whole-grain foods, e.g. oatmeal, brown rice, whole-wheat bread, and other grain foods, e.g. cereal, pasta, couscous, etc. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, etc. Avoid foods high in saturated fats e.g. fatty meat; ground beef; sausage; bacon; processed meat such as hot dogs; margarines; snack foods e.g. cookies; doughnuts; cakes; cut down on foods and drinks with added sugars, etc.
You can either combine the Antilipemic Tea with the Slimming Tea, or combine Chitosan with Double Cellulose, in order to shed some weight.
I will only talk about the use of the Antilipemic And Slimming Teas.
Method: Boil a little over one litre of water and add 2 satchets each of Antilipemic and Slimming Teas. Boil for about 10 minutes, pour the Tea in a flask or container, and drink throughout the day. The following day repeat the process but add the old Tea bags to the new ones. Continue daily and when you are comfortable with your weight, stop using the tea. Watch your diet and do your exercise regularly. When you feel you are gaining weight again, commense the use of the Tea.
Caution: The Antlipemic and Slimming Teas, prevent sharp increases in blood sugar levels.Therefore from time to time, ensure you always check your blood sugar level, so it does not drop below 70. In fact at 70, you need to boost it with a bottle of soft drink to about 75 which is much safer
