God Bless You Dear Readers. We shall continue with sugar.

1. Please eat regularly, that is 3 meals daily. This is because when
some people fail to eat regularly, their blood sugar level drops and
they end up eating sweet sugary snacks when they are hungry.

2. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in their natural form.

3. When you do a proper detox, it cleanses the body of toxins,
sugar, etc., and decreases your sugar cravings. Besides there are
some good Tianshi Products to reduce your sugar level, and Fohow
Products that cure diabetes.

4. Add spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, coriander, etc. to your
food, to sweeten it, and reduce sugar gravings.

5. When you exercise your body, by dancing, jogging, reduce
tension, boost your energy, and your need for a sugar lift is reduced.

6. It is important you get enough sleep, because when you are tired,
the sugar for energy is often used to counteract the exhaustion.

7. When you keep sugary snacks out of your house, your office, etc.,

grams. Try to be familiar with sugar terminology. Know that the
following are sweeteners, namely, agave, corn, syrup, corn sugar,
high fructose corn syrup, sucrose, dextrose, honey, cane sugar, cane
crystals, fruit juice concentrates, molasses, turbinado sugar, and
brown sugar.

10. Take note of sugars in disguise, such as carbohydrates like
bread (including whole wheat), basels, and pasta are highly refined
and act as sugar in the body and are to be avoided.

11. Try to scare yourself by regarding sugar as something that is of
great danger, and that way you are forced to apply caution When you
use it.

12. When you drink plenty of water, sometimes it helps your sugar
cravings go away.

13. Any time you have these cravings for sugar, take some fresh
fruits. This will not only satisfy your cravings, but is also much
healthier for you.
