The need for a balanced diet can not be overemphasized, especially as,
this will protect you from health conditions such as depression,

A balanced diet is one that will give you all the nutrients or

Unsaturated fats improve blood cholesterol levels and decrease the
risk of heart disease.
Vitamins and Minerals e.g. fruits and vegetables. Eat very fresh
